Honestly, I’m deeply disappointed with this latest update. I’ve been using Miro for almost 3 years, but these recent changes have made daily work incredibly frustrating.Key issues: Dashboard & Folders: All custom cover images have disappeared, and folder views are now locked to a "list" layout. This completely breaks visual navigation. Toolbar & Hidden Tools: The main toolbar now permanently pins 4 tools that are barely used in daily workflows. Meanwhile, core essentials—like Text, Sticky Notes, and the Pen—are hidden. Having to constantly open menus to hunt for basic tools severely slows down the workflow. Missing Essential Features: Instead of breaking working UI elements, it would have been far more useful to add native audio uploading directly onto the board, without relying on third-party apps. This update creates unnecessary extra clicks and friction. It's easily the worst update in 3 years. Please give us back customizable toolbars, standard folder views, and focus o

Hi! While I was trying to fix the framing on a PDF export, I tried creating a frame and all my images disappeared. Above the image of a PDF I got to export before and then the way it looks after the frame creation. I tried looking into the History but there’s nothing that fixes it. Is there anything I can do to save this one? Thanks in advance.

if I dont use the miro desktop app it will sometimes go completely blank and I have to restart the entire app.is this a known bug and if so is it being worked on?i can restart the app and have it work fine but its annoying to do so.  

I paid today for the starter plan, but my profile is stuck in the free version and I am not happy. I can from past threads that this is not the first time it's happened to people, so I have no idea why Miro haven't fixed it. I have already logged out and back in, I have cleared the cache and browsing data, I have tried a completely different browser and a completely different laptop, and it still doesn't work  I want someone to fix this!!!

Just got a new ipad (A16 ios version 26.6) When writing with the apple pencil the board stops responding after a few pen strokes, it won’t let me write with the pencil or pinch to zoom etc. and have to kill the app, but it’s happening within seconds.I unpaired my new Apple Pencil USB C version and then tried with my old Logi Pen and experienced the exact same behaviour. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled miro twice. iOS updated. Tried with “Only draw with stylus” option both on and off,  none of which showed any change in behaviour.Not happening in other apps, like freeform etc. Not sure how to show the behaviour but please if anyone is having this freezing issue, how can i get this to work? I’m moving from an old 2020 ipad that was getting clunky in general but worked mostly fine with the Miro app.Using the web version is slightly better as it doesn’t completely freeze but it constantly moves around when my hand/palm touches the screen as the draw with stylus option seems quite poor on

I need help with a board issue. Some shapes and content on my board have disappeared unexpectedly on my important work. I can only see the lines and text for those diagrams.I already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Reviewed board history Restored an earlier version Tested in different browsers Cleared cache Opened the board in the desktop appNone of these steps brought the missing content back. 

Hi - first time dropping a question but this is something thats really causing me issues - in Kanban when not working in cavas, but zoomed in view. If you open the record as a side panel it use to open on the left. and push the board further along so you could see all your columns and still have the side panel out. Its not moved to the right and covers up the end columns - so you have to close the side panel to change any data.Anyway of changing this back? Is there something I can configure?

Hello! I would like to check if the Education Plan allows enabling options like Gemini Enterprise by Miro, which is available in the marketplace?

I built out a blueprint but every time I go to use it, it tells me that there is an error creating the space. I am newer to Miro, but was able to get this to work the other day when I had less boards in it. Most of these boards are just placeholders for me and there’s nothing in them at the moment. Anyone know what to do? This is what I receive after I click “create space”
