I paid today for the starter plan, but my profile is stuck in the free version and I am not happy. I can from past threads that this is not the first time it's happened to people, so I have no idea why Miro haven't fixed it.
I have already logged out and back in, I have cleared the cache and browsing data, I have tried a completely different browser and a completely different laptop, and it still doesn't work
I want someone to fix this!!!

It's possible that you have two different teams under your Miro account — one on the Free plan and another on the paid Starter plan. In that case, you may currently be viewing the Free plan team's dashboard.
Could you try switching between your teams from the team switcher in the upper-left corner of your dashboard and check whether your Starter plan is active in the other team?
If you still can't find your Starter plan after switching teams, let us know and we can look into the next steps.
